Talking Bringing Your Strengths to EDI

EDI

I first met Marcus Buckingham during my stint at Merrill Lynch in the noughties.  He cut quite a swagger then and still does offering guidance on doing the work you love.  His call to be powerful and confident with who you are rings truer now than ever before for neurodiverse and disabled folk.  The Clifton Strenthsfinder is a great start to labelling the strengths that make up your unique recipe for success

According to Marcus, understanding your strengths could mean that you are 6 times more likely to be engaged in your job and 6 times more likely to do what you do best every day.

It is also advisable to consider your strengths with a healthy dose of pragmatism.  Do you need to request adjustments that will allow you to bring your strengths fully to life?  How will you work with your colleagues to bring theirs to the fore?
