Inclusion and Adaptation Intermediary

For situations where adaptations, roles, expectations and trust need to become workable.

When workplace adaptations are needed, the difficulty is often not only the adjustment itself, but the communication, expectations and boundaries around it. I support employees, managers and organisations when the situation has become unclear, rigid or stuck.

This may involve individual coaching, manager coaching, a joint conversation or a scoped piece of workplace facilitation. The aim is to create a workable approach that supports inclusion, role clarity and effective communication.

Structured Communication Intermediary

For situations where complexity, ambiguity or stakeholder pressure makes ordinary communication unreliable.
I help leaders, teams and stakeholders communicate clearly when complexity, pressure, ambiguity or competing interests make ordinary communication unreliable.
This may include leadership alignment, narrative development, sensitive stakeholder communication, change communication or interim support where the message, relationships and decision context all need careful handling
PE-backed environments, leadership transition, organisational change, founder/investor dynamics, public or voluntary sector complexity, senior team strain, or situations where trust and communication discipline need to be rebuilt.

Judgement and Decision Integrity Facilitator

For senior teams and regulated environments where cognitive range, challenge, escalation and decision integrity matter.
I help senior teams and regulated organisations examine how decisions form in practice, including how cognitive range is widened or narrowed by pressure, hierarchy, ambiguity and risk framing. People may over-rely on familiar frames, defer to hierarchy, compress uncertainty, or move too quickly from evidence to conclusion. I create a structured space in which different forms of judgement can be surfaced, tested and integrated before decisions harden.

The work supports better-quality judgement by helping teams move between evidence, interpretation, challenge, escalation and accountable decision-making. It can include facilitated review, decision-clarity work, leadership discussion or support for how risk and governance conversations are structured.
